Our Group and Centre-based Activities provide structured, purposeful programs that combine skill development, social connection, and enjoyment in supportive small-group settings. Every program is designed with specific goals in mind—whether building particular skills, exploring interests, or fostering relationships—while creating a welcoming community where participants feel valued and included.
