  • Have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities. Learn more on the NDIS website.

What is NDIS?

NDIS Plans & Funding

What if my needs change or I’m unhappy with a service?

Your needs come first. Contact your Support Coordinator or our team to adjust your services. We welcome feedback and will resolve concerns promptly.

How do I use my NDIS funding to pay for your services?

Your NDIS plan outlines budgets for specific supports. We work with you to ensure services align with your plan’s goals. Depending on your management style (self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed), we’ll invoice you or your plan manager directly.

Are your staff qualified?

Yes! All team members undergo NDIS compliance training, hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert III in Individual Support), and complete police checks.

Your satisfaction matters. You can:

  • Speak directly to your support worker or manager.
