Morning/Evening Routines: Assistance with getting in and out of bed, dressing, and preparing for the day or night
Personal Hygiene Support: Respectful help with showering, bathing, oral care, grooming, and toileting
Eating and Drinking Assistance: Support with meal preparation, eating, drinking, and managing specialized dietary needs
Medication Management: Reminders and physical assistance taking prescribed medications
Positioning and Transfers: Safe assistance with changing positions, transferring between bed/chair/wheelchair, and mobility
Continence Support: Discreet assistance with continence aids and routines
Assistive Technology Use: Help setting up and using personal care equipment and devices
